What does the Pro badge mean?
The Pro badge means you've claimed your business listing on Tradies4me and confirmed your business identity via the NZ Business Register (NZBN). It tells customers your business is real and actively managed.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your Pro status will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees.
How much of a ranking boost do Pro tradies get?
Pro tradies receive a modest boost in search rankings. We balance this carefully so that customer ratings and relevance remain the primary ranking factors. It's a fair advantage, not an unfair one.
Is the annual plan worth it?

Do free listings still show contact info?

How do customers find me?
Customers search by trade type (plumber, electrician, builder, etc.) and see results on an interactive map based on their location. They can filter by distance and star rating, then tap your listing to see your details and call you directly.
I have multiple businesses — can I manage them under one account?
If you have multiple businesses to claim under one account, please contact us directly to discuss an enterprise option. We'll work with you to find the right setup for your needs.
Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, business claim, NZBN confirmation, and all associated data. If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it first via Manage Billing.
