The problem we're solving

Finding a reliable tradie in New Zealand shouldn't involve guesswork. But for most Kiwis, that's exactly what it is — asking around on Facebook groups, hoping the cheapest quote isn't a nightmare, or driving past building sites to read the signs on fences.

On the other side, good tradies are busy doing great work but have no easy way to get found by new customers. Word of mouth only goes so far, and paying for ads or chasing leads through big platforms eats into the margins of running a small business.

We built Tradies4me to fix both sides of that problem.

How Tradies4me works

Tradies4me brings together real, verified businesses in one place. Every listing comes from Google Maps, so the ratings and reviews you see are genuine — not self-reported or paid for. Businesses are verified against the New Zealand Business Number (NZBN) register, so you know you're looking at a legitimate, active company.

There are no paid rankings and no middlemen taking a cut. When you find a tradie you like, you contact them directly — by phone or quote request. It's a straightforward connection between people who need work done and the tradespeople who do it well.
